Closed to New Submissions and a Delay to Report

Hello, Folks,

I need to let you all know two important things:

1. We are now closed to submissions. Thanks to all who sent us their work. We are busily reading through everything now and will be streaming responses as quickly as possible over the next 1-2 months.

2. Issue #117 will be delayed. The hard drive of the computer that contained all of the Space and Time files for the issue crashed and though I have backups for some of it, not everything was 100% up-to-date, including parts of this issue.

I am in the process of reconstituting the missing elements for the issue, but it is slow going. I do not have a specific ETA at this time; however, I suspect it will be around early September. I apologize for the delay and share your frustration at the situation.
